… This Website
This website is a presentation of my past and present activities, interests and affiliations, without any attempt to polish my resumé in order to look good. I have created it mostly for my own use, to track what I have managed to accomplish and as a reminder of how many other things I have missed.
This page took shape for the first time at the end of 1998, while I was a student at the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Philosophy. Initially, it was maintained on a Sun Solaris server of the Faculty of Philosophy and was built from scratch in Notepad. In the early 2000s, I moved it to a Linux server. It didn’t change much until the 2008, when everything was beamed to another hosting service. In 2019, I redesigned the content in order to integrate my blog and some dynamic content.

Currently, I work as management consultant, auditor and trainer for Centre for Advanced Research in Management and Applied Ethics and other organisations. My main areas of expertise are Strategic Management, Ethics & Compliance(including Anti-Corruption), Sustainability (Social Responsibility) and Applied Ethics. I am lead auditor for Central and Eastern Europe on Supply Chain Integrity Audit and Sustainability Audit.
I no longer teach. I have decided to take a break from Romanian academic environment. I still work on Applied Ethics (Business Ethics, Communication Ethics, Ethics in New and Emerging Technologies, Ethics in Biomedical Research, Clinical Ethics). I am also specialized in Ancient and Medieval Philosophy, with a focus on Moral Philosophy.
Because it seems my work “inspires” many people to organise events or prepare programs on ‘similar’ topics and with ‘similar’ approaches, this website is no longer presenting future or current projects. “Borrowing” an idea or a concept is an intellectual theft nonetheless. If anyone wants to review my expertise or just learn more about my work, I invite him/her to write me.
