About

This page took shape for the first time at the end of 1998. Back then, it was maintained on a Sun Solaris server at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Bucharest. Back then, I was writing the code from scratch directly in Notepad, without any code highlighting like modern editors offer. And the code used to be pretty clean for a fast uploading on any device.

In the early 2000s, I moved it to a Linux server. It didn’t change much until 2008, when everything was beamed to another hosting service. In 2019, the website suffered minor cosmetic improvements, but still remaining a static webpage. At the end of 2020, I began to integrate my blog and some dynamic content in order to make the most of this website.

Inside, you will find all sorts of information about my past and present academic and business activities, interests and affiliations. I wanted to keep all this information in one place for my own convenience, but I discovered that others are trying to get to it as well. So, even if it’s not a mind-blowing website, it can provide a fair glimpse into my work.

Because in the past I have had people plagiarizing my papers and even my notes on this website, I have decided to keep all the information provided herein to a minimum. In case you need further details, you can send me an email.
