CALL FOR PAPERS

Keynote Speakers:
Further details about the keynote speakers and other matters will be available soon.

Eligibility:
Applicants should hold a PhD title or be in the final stage of completing a PhD program in a relevant research field.

Registration:
Anyone interested in participating at the Studia Mediaevalia Colloquium must register via Internet. Registration consists in sending a 500 words abstract, filled registration form, and payment for accomodation. All details concerning the abstract and accomodation offer are included in the registration form.

Submissions:
Only completed papers will be considered.
Authors have the obligation to observe very carefully the guidelines before submitting their texts.
The organizers will not accept any paper unless it is submitted via e-mail in two (2) electronic versions, as Word Document (*.DOC) and as Adobe Acrobat (*.PDF) files. Please, embed all fonts used in preparing the electronic files.
The organizers will not accept papers from unregistered applicants.

Deadlines:
Registration forms and abstracts must be submitted before May 28, 2018.
Final papers must arrive before July 23, 2018.
Early submissions are encouraged.
Applicants will learn of the status of their paper submissions only via e-mail by August 20, 2007.
If an applicant receives a letter of acceptance, then he must proceed with the payments for accomodation. All payments must be made before September 24, 2018.

Important
There are no travel or accomodation bursaries.
We can provide official letters of acceptance for those intending to ask for funding from public or/and private institutions. All letters will be issued after August 20, 2018. Early acceptance will be possible only for early submissions.
