About SAFE
SAFE is an alert mechanism developed by Cristian Ducu, Independent Ethics Expert for several EU-funded research projects, and it is meant to help independent scholars and research teams make informed decisions about their professional travels. This is not an official channel belonging or associated with a public institution nor a news website, but a private assessment based on multiple open sources and official communications. SAFE was created in 2024 to serve the TYPARABIC research team and became available online in March 2026.
